Women's Educational Aid Association 1871-2000
The Women’s Educational Aid Association (WEAA) was organized in 1871 as the Educational Association, founded by Evanston women to help promote the higher education of deserving students at the Evanston College for Ladies. The Women’s Educational Aid Association records document the activities and operation of the organization. The series fills twelve boxes, including one card file box and three drop front boxes, and spans the period 1871-2000. Records are arranged in nine categories: Historical Material; Board of Directors; Officer and Committee Reports; Meeting Lists, Minutes and Reports; Administrative Records; Financial Records; House Records; Scrapbooks; and Scholars (Beneficiaries) Information Cards.

Laura Riding (Jackson) Collectio n, 1926-1966
Laura (Riding) Jackson (January 16, 1901-September 2, 1991) was a poet, critic, novelist, essayist and short story writer. She was associated with the Southern group of writers known as the Fugitives, lived with poet and critic Robert Graves from 1926-1939, and was married first to historian Louis Gottschalk, then to critic Schuyler B. Jackson from 1941 until his death in 1968. This collection of corrected galleys, typescripts, and some correspondence includes Trojan Ending, Selected Poems in Five Sets, The Telling, contributions to the magazine Chelsea, and The World and Ourselves.

Rogers Debating Society (1897-1913) Minute Book, 1904-1913
The Rogers Society was organized on February 18, 1897, and named after the University President at that time, Henry Wade Rogers. Unlike its predecessors, the literary societies, the Rogers Society was founded solely to promote oratorical and debating skills in the University community. This series consists of the minutes of the Rogers Debating Society from September 1904, to March 1913.
