This collection consists of index cards that document the credits, majors, courses taken, and graduation dates of alumni, spanning 1923 through 1958.
College of Arts and Sciences Faculty and Assistants Record Cards
The College of Arts and Sciences faculty and assistants records consist of two sets of index cards, filling four boxes. The first set contains faculty cards only and spans the years 1856-1926. The second set includes two folders of assistants cards as well as faculty cards and dates from 1922 to 1939. The assistantships represented here are usually held by graduate students either in a research or teaching capacity for departments of the College of Arts and Sciences.

The records of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences date from 1927 through 2001 (the bulk from the late 1960s through the mid-1990s) and fill 56 record cartons. They are divided into four subseries: files of assistant and associate deans and administrators, Program Review files, subject files, and departmental and academic programs files.

These records, comprising eleven boxes, are the administrative records of Robert H. Strotz, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences from September 1, 1966 to October 31, 1970. The records do not span the entire term of Strotz's deanship but fall mainly in the years from 1966 through 1968.
The records, which include correspondence and related materials, document a variety of matters involving the administration of the College and the University.
