Biography
Dr. B. J. Chandler, 69, Dardanelle, Superintendent, Dardanelle School District. Dr. Chandler had previously been the Dean of the School of Education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL from 1963 to 1978. He was a Fulbright Hays senior scholar and author of several books on education. Dr. Chandler was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
