Biography

Susan Kahan (nee Korman) (1946- ) attended Northwestern from 1964-1968 and graduated from the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in French. She spent her junior year abroad in France, and kept a scrapbook for three of her four years at Northwestern (including her year in France). She was a member of the Jewish sorority Alpha Epsilon Phi. Before attending Northwestern University as a college student, she attended the education division of the National High School Institute (also known as the Cherub program), a Northwestern summer program for high school students. After attending Northwestern, Kahan obtained an M.A. from Boston University. Currently Kahan works as an interior designer in Connecticut.
