Scope and Contents
The Helen M. Clark papers fill four boxes including one half-size box, and date between 1958 and 1972. The papers are divided into three categories.
The first category is Helen Clark's biographical file which includes an obituary and curricula vitae outlining her academic record.
The second is comprised of correspondence files which are divided into a general and a subject correspondence file. The general correspondence includes incoming letters and copies of outgoing letters on a variety of topics. Subject correspondence files include letters pertaining to specific topics such as the Committee on Academic Standing and the Hildebrandt dinner. All correspondence is arranged by date within each folder.
The third category makes up the bulk of the collection. It consists primarily final exams and notes from the years 1958-1972. The courses include Mathematics, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Introduction to Analytic Geometry and Calculus. Papers also include final examinations, notes on grading policy, and other miscellaneous from several courses.
