This collection, made up of 5 volumes, spans the years 1935 to 1982, and includes ledger entries of student grades for courses in the Medical Technology Program. Included are student grade reports for the two-year Bachelor of Science program, the Master's program, the Clinical Pathology Course, a course in Laboratory Diagnosis, and general grade records for students who took the state certification examination.

These records were separated from Accession #83-4, which was received by the University Archives in January of 1983 from Dr. Herbert Sommers of the Northwestern University Medical School.
