Kellogg Graduate School of Management Personnel Records
Scope and Contents
This series fills six boxes and dates from 1940-1974. Records present are recommendation for new faculty appointment, recommendation for promotion of faculty member, report of resignation of employee, and rescinding forms. Within these forms many facts about KGSM employees exist such as: term of appointment, salary, position, academic record, rank, replacement for whom, teaching experience, fields of concentration, date of promotion, resignation, and rescission, and reason for promotion, resignation and rescission. These personnel forms do not appear consistently throughout the series. In many cases all that exists is a letter from a future prospective employer requesting background information on the former KGSM employee.

This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval. Personnel records for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management include official forms and documents relating to employees between the years 1940-1974. Permission of the Archivist is required to access these records.

Method of Acquisition
The University Archives received these records from KGSM as a transfer of records on August 31, 1988 and accessioned as #88-200.
