The collection spans one box and includes various notebooks and other materials from A. L. Pastoret’s time in the Northwestern University Dental School. Also included are records of his tenure as a member of the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity, scrapbook pages with pictures of Northwestern University and his World War I regiment, and a biographical file.

Abstract

Al Lawrence Pastoret studied dentistry at the Northwestern University Dental School until 1918 during which time he served in the N.U. Unit at Base Hospital #12 in Chicago. The collection spans one box and includes various notebooks and other materials from A. L. Pastoret’s time in the Northwestern University Dental School.

Arrangement

Folders are arranged alphabetically.

Method of Acquisition

The materials in this collection were donated to the University Archives by Polly Musacchia, the granddaughter of Al Pastoret, in 2011 (Accession #11-198).

Separated Materials

Two oversize items were separated from Accession 11-198, specifically a composite photograph of the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity from 1917 and Al Pastoret’s diploma from 1918. These items are stored elsewhere.
