Scope and Contents

This series fills three boxes and spans the period 1979-1982. Included are student record cards for students applying to the School of Speech's National High School Institute. Each card includes the applicant's name, gender, address, phone number, city, state, parents' names, high school, and year in school. Also included on the cards are the applicant's class rank, grade point average, and PSAT score, along with award and honors and activities. Also included are the applicant's height, weight, and if applicable dietary restrictions.

Arrangement Note

The cards are arranged in folders first chronologically, then according to the program of study (Forensics, Theatre Arts, and Radio-Television-Film), and finally alphabetically according to applicant's surname.

Method of Acquisition

This series has been separated out of Accession #85-236.
