The Samuel Schoenbaum Papers are contained in one half-size box. There are four folders of biographical material, article reprints, reviews of his publications in the United States and Great Britain, and newspaper and periodical clippings of his life and writing.

Method of Acquisition
The University Archives received the Samuel Schoenbaum Papers on January 23, 1980. They were separated from the English Department records of the Shakespeare Conference (Accession #80-18) on February 14, 1986 and accessioned as #86-19.
