Beta Alpha Psi Membership Records

The Beta Alpha Psi membership cards fill two boxes and spans the years 1921-1980. During 1980, the 3″ × 5″ cards were replaced by data forms used to create a computer database of members. A sample data form is included in the collection. The membership cards list information about one member including: name, college address, permanent address, chapter (Gamma at Northwestern University), date of initiation, date of graduation, chapter president's signature, employers' addresses, dates employed, positions held, advanced degrees, CPA status, and whether the member was faculty, honorary, or active.

The addition to the Beta Alpha Psi fraternity (Gamma Chapter) records consists of one volume of membership records for the years 1921 to 1934. These records contain the member's address, high school attended, colleges attended, and membership in other clubs and associations.
