Abstract

This small collection of correspondence from the Chicago Tribune Editorial Department covers issues related to the London bureau and foreign correspondents in Europe or in Latin America, as well as issues regarding United Press International or syndicated wire services. Correspondence extends from 1942 to 1972 and includes letters from the following: William J. Fulton, J. Loy ("Pat") Maloney, Don Maxwell, David Darrah, Donald Day, Jules Dubois, Ben Bradlee, Clayton Kirkpatrick, as well as the occasional letter from R. R. McCormick.
