A silent, color film detailing experiments on guinea pig fetuses in which they are deprived of oxygen, birthed, and resuscitated. Effects on the nervous system and learning ability are noted. Effects include: hemorrhage in thalamus, hemorrhage in fourth ventricle, hemorrhage in hippocampus, atrophy of cortex, and others.
