Loyal Davis, MD, introduces and narrates this color, monaural sound film describing the details of the chronological steps which should be taken in the treatment of a simple head injury. The first case is an unconscious man, approximately mid-30’s, who has been in a serious accident and received lacerations on the face and scalp, as well as other injuries. The second case is an unconscious man, approximately late 20’s, who is suffering from paralysis on the right side of his body, indicating injury to the left side of his brain, possibly a brain lesion. The third case shows the application of a bandage to a sutured wound on the side of a man’s face.
