Overview The Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH) was founded in 1977 as the Illinois Caucus on Teenage Pregnancy. Jenny Knauss served as the Executive Director of the Illinois Caucus on Teenage Pregnancy from 1983-2002.
