Abstract James Beaumont Strachey (September 26, 1887– April 25 1967) was a British pychoanalyst, writer, and translator of Sigmund Freud into English. This archive consists mainly of correspondence to Strachey from members of the Bloomsbury circle. Many relate to his literary executorship of his brother, Lytton Strachey’s estate.
