Abstract Addison Hibbard came to Northwestern University in 1930 as professor of English and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, and remained until his death in 1945. His papers fill four boxes (including one half-size box) and span the period 1911-1973 (practically all of the material falls within the years 1911-1945).
