Overview The 12th General Hospital Collection is comprised of the papers of Michael L. Mason and James A. Conner, who served as part of Northwestern University's 12th General Hospital Unit stationed in North Africa and Italy during World War II.
Abstract Isaac Arthur Abt, pediatrician and Northwestern University Medical School professor, began his practice in internal medicine but gravitated to pediatrics, with a particular intererst in nutrion, and became one of the earliest specialists in the field.
