Abstract
The Robert Dean Avery Transportation Collection includes transportation related items from Avery including 464 postcards and materials from his time as a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus driver. The postcards, dating from 1905 to 2003, depict various modes of transportation, the Panama Canal, and Lake Shore Drive. Abstract
This collection of audio recordings documents eight seminar and lecture programs sponsored by the Northwestern University Transportation Center. These programs were tailored specifically to the needs of transportation and logistics professionals. Some miscellaneous recordings of other events promoted by the Transportation Center are also included. All recordings are in seven-inch open-reel format.
