Abstract The Walter Lichtenstein Papers fill two boxes, spanning the years 1908 to 1999, with the bulk of the records falling between 1913 and 1918. They comprise two main types of materials: those accumulated by Northwestern University Library (mainly biographical, with some publications, correspondence, and reports relating to his job as Head Librarian), and those compiled by Ralph D. Wagner (Northern Illinois University) in the course of his research for an article entitled "Walter Lichtenstein in...
