Abstract
Victor G. Rosenblum was a nationally recognized scholar in both administrative and constitutional law. He helped to found Northwestern’s Program on Law and Social Sciences. Rosenblum held several academic positions from Professor of Law, to Director of Northwestern Law School’s Graduate Studies Program.
