Abstract
Donald S. Berry came to Northwestern University in August, 1957, as professor of civil engineering, and remained until his retirement on August 31, 1979. He was chairman of the department from 1962 to 1969. From 1976 to 1979, Berry served as a co-principal investigator for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
