Contains 82 original albumen photographs (36 of South Africa, 4 of Portuguese East Africa, 4 of German East Africa, 13 of Zanzibar and 25 of Aden, Port Said, Suez Canal and the Nile) including some large format images, portrait studies and panoramas of Aden, Lourenço Marques and Zanzibar; in very good condition; contemporary half morocco, neatly rebacked, gilt lettering to spine, cloth sides.
