In the inscription, "import" was changed in pen to "imported before the war"

Inscribed: in black pencil: "Nigeria"; PE(N21); in ink: "(19)"; typed label with text: "19. Curing small lagoon fish by means of smoke from a wood fire. The art of fish curing by the use of salt is an industry that might be developed in Nigeria.
