Location: Nigeria

The view is toward the northeast. The Marina runs diagonally across the lower right corner, with the Customs sheds in the foreground; Barclay's bank is in the middle of this block, and Compagnie française de l'Afrique occidentale (the "French factory") at the right side. St. Paul's Church, Breadfruit (later replaced) is near the center of the image; the Central Mosque with the single tower at the far end is in the upper left corner
