Scope and Contents

This sub-series contains Larson's transcriptions and notes of various materials, including his preparation work related to "Catalog of Madagascar Holdings contained in the Hjemme-Arkiv of the Norwegian Missionary Society: Also indicating which documents were printed in Norsk Misjonstidende", written as a guide to the documents written from Madagascar during the period of 1866-1899 in the NMS archive in 1989. These documents also appear to be printed on scrap paper (photocopies of Norwegian publications). [NMS Transcription 1] and [NMS Transcription 2] appear to be related to [NMS Transcription and Notes], containing similar transcriptions. While [NMS Transcription and Notes] contains Larson's handwritten remarks, [NMS Transcription 1] and [NMS Transcription 2] do not.
