Box 78

The addition to the National High School Institute records fills seventeen boxes and consists of student application records for the summers of 1986, 1988, and 1989. The application records are comprised of admission application forms, third party evaluations of personal characteristics, and high school transcripts. Many files contain evaluations of the students achievements while at the National High School Institute. Occasional correspondence pertaining to the individual applicants also may be found among the records.

Foldered individually according to the student's surname, the additions are first arranged chronologically by year (1986, 1988, and 1989). Within each year the files are organised according to the program of study (radio/television/film, theatre arts, and forensics) followed by files relating to students not admitted, wait listed, or who declined admission, and then alphabetically according to the student's surname.
