Scope and Contents
The addition comprising one folder of biographical materials, correspondence, and manuscripts has been incorporated into the papers in box 1, folder 1 and box 3, folder 3. An essay, “Liability in Comparative Perspective” (1978?) has been added to the papers at the end of the series.
