Correspondence: New Guinea, 1976 - 1977
Scope and Contents
The Addition fills three boxes and spans the period 1960-1979, although the bulk of the material falls between 1974 and 1979. The Addition is comprised of correspondence, subject files, and Northwestern University files. The correspondence fills the first four folders of Box 4. Included in the subject files are folders on grants and grant applications, Koch's lectures and course outlines, and writings for journals.
Six folders on student matters and work and travel abroad fill the middle of the subseries, along with a folder on a planned book about scatology and Koch's tax records from 1975-78. Northwestern University files include folders concerning the Department of Anthropology and the Northwestern University Law School.
