This sparse collection of miscellaneous papers of Richard Ellmann is contained in one box. It consists of biographical material obtained from Northwestern University official records, newspaper accounts and clippings, and publishers' publicity from 1951 to 1987. There are programs of many conferences in which he participated together with public lectures given in the U.S. and abroad. His correspondence consists of six letters. Several folders contain published reviews of his books on James Joyce, William Butler Yeats, and Oscar Wilde. A number of reprints for his many articles are contained in one folder.
