This series contains the administrative records of the lecture series (announcements, financial records, and general correspondence), as well as files relating to individual lecturers, and span the years 1906 to 2007.

Correspondence files include recommendations for speakers from members of the faculty, and letters to and from potential speakers. The files ford individual lectures typically contain correspondence with the lecturer, the announcement of the lecture, a program containing a biographical sketch of the lecturer and a brief description of the projected content of the program, or of each lecture if a series. More recent lectures are documented only by announcements.
