Northwestern University: The Charter and Its Amendments; Statutes and By-Laws; Decisions in Tax Cases, 1921
Scope and Contents
This series includes copies of an article published in the Evanston Review (1954) which gives an overview of tax exempt property in Evanston, an information sheet on tax exempt property in Evanston published by the League of Women Voters (1949), a statement by Northwestern University on its tax exempt status (1964), and a copy of the Evanston City Ordinance proposing a thirty dollar tax on Northwestern students (1972).
