This sub-series tracks the many events, mostly fundraisers, the Piven Theatre Workshop held between 1979 and 2012. Detailed planning records of community events, screenings of movies starring Piven alumni, and most predominantly, annual galas, are organized by date, and include invitations, event programs, donation records, correspondence with vendors, auction materials, etc. These materials offer a thorough review of event planning and fundraising in the theatre business.
