The series is comprised of photographic prints and negatives relating to the activities, officers, staff, and command of Northwestern University's Naval Reserve officers Training Corps. Most of the photographs are snapshots of award and commissioning ceremonies, inspections, and training exercises although individual and group portraits of NROTC midshipmen are included as well. The bulk of the photographs are black and white.
