This addition to the papers of Dwight Conquergood spans the period 1981 to 2003, and includes materials in four categories:

The photographs contain a mass of information on Conquergood's field research. Included are images of his visit to Camp Ban Vinai in Northern Thailand, gang graffiti, his experiences with street gangs in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago, his visit to Gaza in 1986, and numerous photos documenting the integration of the Hmong people relocated to Chicago. Items are organized into folders by subject.

The research and teaching materials include a collection of documentation relating to Conquergood's association with Chicago street gangs, and a small collection of fliers and posters relating to both his activities in neighborhood security and to the integration of the Hmong people into American society. Also included are several collections of reviews of his courses by Northwestern's Course and Teacher Evaluation Council, as well as materials from the classes themselves.
