It contains Nayler's correspondence pertaining to his positions as vice president of facilities management and member of the Board of Trustees Educational Properties Committee. It contains the notes, agendas, and budgets for the Board of Trustees Educational Properties Committee. It also contains the paperwork for all of Northwestern’s property acquisitions, along with files on renovations and additions to existing buildings. The collection also contains documents pertaining to the Evanston City Council and the planning of Northwestern's Evanston campus.
