This addition to the records fills one full and one half-size archival boxes and spans the years 1976-1999, with the bulk of the records dating between 1994 and 1999. These records fall into twelve categories: Historical Material; Board of Directors Files; Committee Reports; Financial Records; WAA-MU; NU Day, Alumnae Awards, Teaching Professorship Award; 75th Anniversary; Continuing Education; NU Seminar Day; Scholarships and Fellowship Committees; Gifts and Grants; and Distinguished Program Award.

Folders are arranged in chronological order with the exception of subject files, which are arranged alphabetically. Within the folders, materials are arranged chronologically.

News releases and newspaper clippings were retained with the specific program file.

Historical Material is contained in four folders which include past historical summaries, as well as recent revisions to the By-Laws of the Association.

In addition to Minutes of Board Meetings and Annual Meeting documentation, which span the years from 1993 - 1999, the Board of Director files contain membership information, including correspondence, nominations, applications, brochures, and member lists and biographies.

Committee Reports consist almost exclusively of reports on committee meetings. Reports include the first meeting report of the newly-formed Sesquicentennial Planning Committee.

Financial Records include a bound Income and Expense Summary ledger documenting twenty years of financial records, (1976-1996), as well as one folder containing Treasurer's Reports from 1990-1998.

WAA-MU (1998) and NU Seminar Day (1998-1999) files contain summaries and reports of these events.

Of special note in the NU Day, Alumnae Award, Teaching Professorship Award category is a file on the new Teaching Professorship Award. The award, an enhanced version of the current Alumnae Professor Award for Curriculum Development, was proposed in 1997 as a gift to honor Northwestern University's Sesquicentennial. The first award will be made in 2001.

One folder contains correspondence relating to the 75th Anniversary Fundraising Campaign.

The Continuing Education category contains five folders, comprising financial records, course brochures, course documentation for Sports in Our Culture and Continuing Education's Annual Reports and Correspondence, Teaching Assignments and Confirmation Letters.

The Scholarship and Fellowship Committees file contains the 1997 Fellowship Recipients lists, including information such as Dissertation Title and Award Amount.

The Gifts and Grants category consists of two folders. The first folder contains committee award recommendations as well as copies of news articles, and new releases. The second folder contains a computer printout with Alumnae giving history. This contains personal giving history of individuals, as well as personal information of the donor.

The last folder, the Distinguished Program Award, includes information gathered for The Alumnae's application to the Association for Continuing Higher Education, for the 1998 Regional Distinguished Program Award.
