Records of the Concert Management Office

Records found in the fifty one boxes of the series consist of administrative files for every performance given in a School of Music venue between September 9, 1990 and October 9, 2008. Documents in the files typically specify what equipment, such as pianos, music stands, etc., is needed for a performance, the time and location of the performance, the repertoire to be performed, corrections made to the program. Files generally include a copy of the program that was handed out to audience members in attendance at the concert. Performance venues under the administration of the Concert Management Office during the span of dates of this collection include Pick Staiger Concert Hall, Regenstein Hall Master Class Room, and Lutkin Hall.
