The Jan A. Guffin Papers consist of three folders of correspondence and one folder of research notes related to his dissertation on Ward. They span the period 1973-1975.
The general correspondence consists primarily of letters Guffin wrote to colleagues, friends, and former students of Ward and of their responses. Some of the latter include related materials.
The subject correspondence is between Guffin and Hazel Easton (Ward's long-time companion) and Ward.
