Scope and Contents
Large Cloth Document: Hand-written cloth land-surveying plan for Konstantinogradskii district in Poltava Guberniia. Official document announcing who is doing the surveying and under whose oversight. This details the building of small farms and settlement of people and uncultivated plots of land. Includes signatories of local villages, a verbal description of the areas being marked off and a large color diagram. One portion of the diagram extends in Kharkov Guberniis, Zmievskii district. Project overseen by Nikolai Fedorovich Mezentsov. Dated 1869.
