  • 1. Copy of agreement of 1932-04-25, under which Amelia White turned her 33 1/3 shares of Tribune stock over to R.R. McCormick and J.M. Patterson as trustees. Dividends to be paid to Martha Root White
  • 2. Original signed minutes of meeting of trustees on 1933-05-22, appointing R.R. McCormick and J.M. Patterson as proxies to vote the trust's 33 1/3 shares at the Tribune meeting later that day
  • 3. Original letter of 1937-06-03 from Abby White Howells reporting the death of Martha Root White and giving instructions for payment of dividends to herself; copy of trustees' directive to that effect
  • 4. Copy of Abby White Howells' appointment of W.D. Maxwell as trustee to succeed C.M. Campbell, 1960-08-29
  • 5. Origiunal letter from Willis D. Nance to F.J. Byington Jr. regarding the White trusts, 1960-10-10
