This series consists of two unrelated groups of images of Chicago on glass:

a group of magic lantern slides (some color, some black and white; probably from the 1890s)

a group of street views (probably about 1905)

There are no restrictions on use of the materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations

The original label is damaged; the remaining fragment reads "...Chicago ... phant shed". Small circular label with handwritten "57"
