Scope and Contents
Irregular shape, 9 ¼ x 3 inches at widest. Segment of franked envelope, with “george hills spit” in autograph blue ink in Johnson’s hand, and arrow pointing to postage stamps; additionally hand stamped “Collage by Ray Johnson.” Originally addressed to Ray Johnson in black marker, with return address in same: “George Hill c/o” with printed company address circled: “Capital District / Transportation Committee / 1450 Western Ave. Albany, N.Y. 12203.”
