Envelope "4" labelled "Madison Hall." Papers involving the purchase from John B. Mix at a foreclosure sale in 1899-1900 of property at 142-148 West Madison Street. Mix had owed money to Medill. Litigation over the title (1900-1902). Sale to Herman Fehr of Milwaukee (1906-1907)
