Envelope, cut into a semicircle, postmarked October 1, 1970. “Cosmic Wealth’s Spit” in red marker in Johnson’s hand, with arrow pointing to postage stamp, and additionally hand stamped “Collage by Ray Johnson.” Originally addressed to Ray Johnson in black ink with return address in same, partially cut off: “[C]osmic Wealth Etc. / [ ]Stephen Shore / [ ] NYC.”
