Ca. 1400 A.D. Kandy, Ceylon. 'Dr. Casey Wood, Suisse Hotel, Kandy, (Ceylon)' [text in quotation marks is stamped]."

Physical Description
A wooden button and cord hold the manuscript together, but it lacks the usual wood covers. A modern tag with Sinhalese characters is tied to the cord.
The ola was originally marked 4 on the manuscript and on the accompanying tag.
