Film opens with shots of x-rays. X-ray captions partially visible, symptoms of subject listed, recommendation of cholecystectomy (removal of gallbladder) given. Torso of unidentified animal visible with two pairs of hands holding incision open, organs are held by two pairs of hands. Removal of gallbladder not visible in film. No intertitle cards provide information. Film ends abruptly.
