 Organization

Biography

Laughtrack was an Evanston-based comedy group that performed together from 1979-1981.  The group’s four members--Jeff Lupetin, Gary Kroger, Bill Wronski, and Victoria Zielinski—and the manager, Bridget McDonough, were all Northwestern University alumni.  In the short time they were together, Laughtrack performed improv, sketch, and musical based comedy shows in a number of area venues, including the Noyes Cultural Arts Center, Quincy College, the Chicago Playboy Club, the Wilmette Youth Center, and Northwestern University.  The group also performed on a weekly radio show broadcast on WCFL, “Laughtrack Comedy Brunch.”  Laughtrack separated in early 1981 as the members moved on to other opportunities.
