Abstract The records, comprising eleven boxes, are the administrative files of David Mintzer, who became Vice President for Research and Dean of Science on July 1, 1973, succeeding Walter S. Owen. The bulk of the records date from Mintzer's assumption of the office through 1976. The records include correspondence, memoranda, reports, grant applications and progress reports, and government contracts documenting the operation of the office.
