 Person

Biography

The University College, founded in 1933, became successively the Evening Divisions, 1953-1978; the Division of Continuing Education, 1978-1983; then once again the University College of Continuing Professional Education in 1983. During the period represented by the bulk of these records, 1980-1985, the Dean of the College (or Division) reported to the Assistant Provost. A few records from the tenure of Dean Richard Lang (1969-1972), and Dean Martha Luck (1972-1977), are part of this series. Dean Corley first became Assistant Dean of the Evening Divisions in 1974, then Dean in 1976. Her tenure ended in 1985; Donald E. Collins succeeded her.
